Dominatrix is the name given to a new trend which has emerging since 2017. It has started as a sub/pop culture and is now on the most famous runway world wide known such as Alexander Wang’s one for the fashion week in 2018.

Dominatrix fashion, also called bondage fashion, implies BDSM references, which is a sexual practice where it’s about power and control, in this case the Dominatrix is a woman taking the advantage on her partner.
